RMB welcomes two new associates to the firm, Marla Quick and Kevin Clonts.
Kevin Clonts is a 2003 magna cum laude graduate of the Lewis & Clark School of Law, where he served as an Editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review (formerly the Journal of Small & Emerging Business Law). Prior to joining us, Kevin practiced for six years in San Francisco with Wilson Elser and Liner Grode. He will continue to handle commercial litigation (including contract and intellectual property disputes), construction, product liability and insurance coverage matters. He is licensed to practice in Oregon and California.
Marla Quick is a 2008 graduate of the Lewis & Clark School of Law, where she earned a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. Prior to joining the firm, she advised a public entity and a private corporation in the defense of a multi-million dollar, large-scale environmental pollution cleanup. Her practice will emphasize complex litigation, including representing and advising clients in cases involving environmental, property damage and construction defect issues.
