Lindsey is an associate attorney with a practice focusing on personal injury claims, toxic torts, and insurance coverage. Lindsey is experienced in defending both institutional and individual clients and has been involved in all stages of civil litigation from discovery through trial. During her time as an attorney, Lindsey has gained practical experience through taking and defending depositions, participating in non-binding arbitration, and presenting oral argument in front of State and Federal Court judges.
Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey worked at several civil litigation firms, gaining experience in a wide range of practices including general and casualty liability defense, business litigation, insurance bad faith, as well as financial and banking litigation. Lindsey also gained valuable experience while working on misdemeanor and civil commitment matters at the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office.
Lindsey was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and spends her time exploring the city with her husband. She also enjoys spending time with her German shepherd and stubborn French bulldog, and is a proud supporter of the Pacific Pug Rescue, a non-profit organization specializing in fostering and adopting abandoned and elderly pugs in the Pacific Northwest.
